Where is my order?

After your package has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number. If you no longer have it, you can also see the tracking number in your customer account.

Can I still change my placed order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order you have already placed, you can simply contact us.

How long can I return purchased goods?

You have a 14-day return period for your order. You can read about this in our cancellation policy .
